New KB Article

This page is visible to helpdesk "technicians" and administrators only. Use it to create new articles in the Knowledge Base. Select a category, fill-in the "subject" and "body" fields and click "Submit" to save the article.

You can optionally add one or more "tags" to the new article, set the article to be visible to "technicians only" (by default all KB articles are visible to everyone) and attach one or more files to the article.
